Fresh, crisp and vibrant, this unoaked Sauvignon Blanc bursts with aromas of grapefruit, guava, gooseberry and passion fruit, complemented by subtle notes of elderflower, fig and fresh nettle. The palate is juicy and refreshing, with bright acidity and generous citrus and tropical fruit flavours. A lively, lingering finish brings a delicious lime freshness.
