Tokara Reserve Collection Sauvignon Blanc

Pale straw in colour with a bright, luminous green edge. The nose is fresh and expressive, with crisp lime blossom, passion fruit and green apple, developing into layers of lemongrass, sweet greengage and subtle blackcurrant leaf. The palate is bright and refreshing, with zesty citrus and grapefruit balanced by a rich, creamy texture from extended lees contact. Crisp and lingering, it finishes with a distinctive oyster-shell minerality and a lovely saline freshness.
