Tokara Reserve Collection Chardonnay

Bright and vibrant golden in colour. The nose is beautifully expressive, with aromas of lemon and lime zest, mandarin blossom and crème anglaise, complemented by fresh grapefruit, grilled pineapple, star anise and toasted brioche. The palate is rich and silky, with ripe yellow citrus leading into a creamy mid-palate layered with subtle vanilla, toasted almond and delicate caramelised notes. Fresh and finely balanced, the wine has a persistent saline character and finishes with crisp freshness and lingering toasted nut flavours.
