Jordan The Outlier Sauvignon Blanc

This lightly oaked Sauvignon Blanc is rich and expressive, with ripe aromas of gooseberry, fig and sun-kissed tropical fruit, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, gentle oak spice and a hint of smokiness. The palate is generous and beautifully textured, with layers of mango, pineapple, passion fruit and ripe fig balanced by fresh, linear acidity. Concentrated yet elegant, it finishes long and slightly savoury, with lingering citrus peel and delicate spice.
